Darwin to Kakadu
Left Darwin for Jabiru (Kakadu National Park) and stopped at the Adelaide River Original Jumping Crocodile Cruise. In an hour we saw about 12 or so salties, and they feed them with raw pork chops on a string. True to claims, they jumped for us - some more than others. Three jumps and its theirs. Also fed a sea eagle, because it nearly stole one of the crocs pieces, it was pretty swift. Also they threw out some smaller pork pieces and dozens of kites came for bite. Did we mention its nice and warm?
