Denham & Shark Bay

Just down the road from Monkey Mia, literally, is Denham - which is still in Shark Bay. Where we are staying is the most western caravan park in Australia. Also with a beach and long grassy foreshore. Nearby we visited Shell Beach, an aquarium called Ocean Park, Eagle Bluff and Little Lagoon. Shell Beach, is just shells, all similar size. Wondered where the shell grit you feed your chooks comes from? likely from somewhere like here, as they harvest some and crush it. Ocean Park was small, but packed with interest as you get a personal tour by a Marine Biologist. We saw sharks, a range of interesting fish, squid, and Bob the turtle. Don't leave anything meaty in Bob's tank though, because he will eat it! (fingers included) Loggerhead turtles are carnivorous.
