Monkey Mia

Moved on from Carnarvon to Monkey Mia in the World Heritage Area of Shark Bay. No shark (tiger sharks that is) sightings yet, but always tomorrow. Also apparently 10% of the worlds dugongs live around here, we haven't seen them yet either.

Views from our site across to the beach, where we saw turtles and dolphins. They feed the dolphins a small fish in the mornings, and they have names. They are 'wild' though so they don't do any party tricks for the crowd or even bother to show up somedays. Also went for a walk and wondered into an emu and a goanna having a sun. Been seeing quite a few of both crossing the road ahead of us lately. On the trip down we also saw wild goats.
