Alice Springs - East MacDonnell Ranges

After slow start, went out to 'East Macs' or the Eastern part of the MacDonnell Ranges for some gorge gawking. We went to Emily Gap and Trephina Gorge, both interesting.

Trephina Gorge had some great spots, rocky walkways, no wildlife reports today. Also managed our first 4WD river crossing (not the one in the picture, a different one) it had some water in it, I swear.
