Alice Springs to Wauchope

Left Alice for 400km to Wauchope Hotel/caravan park/fuel stop. That's about all that was there. One building, oh and some cars that didn't quite make the return trip!

Today we started to see more termite mounds in the still dry but scrub scenery.

After setting up camp we headed 5mins up the road to the Devil's Marbles. Giant granite boulders that have been warn away to form round shaped rocks. Some were grouped quite closely, where as from the lookout you can see them as more spread out in amoungst vegetation.
